Passport Services

Passports are by appointments only during regular hours of business.
- Birth certificates with a state seal must be presented
- Driver licence or state identification cards are also required
- Passport pictures only accepted from Walmart or CVS pharmacy
- Children under Age 16 require both Parents consent
