BECOME A FRIEND

The Friends of the Library play a very important role in helping the library serve the public. Volunteers donate their time and energy in many ways. The Friends hold three book sales each year at the main library and raise funds for the library to fund special programs, to provide materials, equipment, and supplies to provide items that library funds cannot.

Book sales are held the first Thursday, Friday, and Saturday in the months of February, June, and October on the 4th floor at the main library. The Annual Friends Membership Luncheon is always a special event with a well-known author or personality.
