Barboursville Public Library The Barboursville Public Library was established in April 1946 and moved to its current location on October 8, 1967. It is one of the oldest branch libraries in Cabell County. The library has over 40,000 volumes, including books, videos, DVD’s, CD’s, magazines, and newspapers. Other services include internet access, free Wi-Fi, notary and fax services, copy machine, reference service to aid your research, and more.
