Psychological, physiological, and emotional aspects are explored with an aim at establishing an effective support system. Discussion questions to jump-start conversation with guidance counselors are included, making for a useful tool for youth unsure of where to begin. Special attention is given to peer pressure and the potential impact of social media on teens.
