Why would you want to love yourself? I will tell you I found it the most difficult thing I have ever done, and also the most empowering. I found accepting who I was the easiest place to start. How do you accept all of you when there are parts and pieces even you have judged as wrong or inappropriate? It starts with the understanding that in every moment you have done the best you can and it is good enough. We live in a world of relationships. Relationships with ourselves, families, friends, co-workers, fellow students, and within the communities we live in. Each relationship we encounter on any given day is also being affected by outside influences happening around those individuals. We are all interconnected and interacting on varying levels daily. This leads to my point of we do the best we can. We do the best we can when we consider what is happening outside of us and within us.
